Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine diced mango, cucumber slices, and red onion.
- Add lime juice, cumin powder, and salt. Toss gently to mix.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled as a refreshing side dish.
