Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain, low-fat yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated
  • 1/2 carrot, grated
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
  2. Add the grated cucumber, carrot, and chopped tomato to the yogurt.
  3. Add cumin powder and salt to taste.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve chilled.
