  • Ingredients:

    • 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
    • 1 cup spinach leaves, chopped
    • 1 tomato, chopped
    • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • Salt to taste
    • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Instructions:

    1. In a pot, add chickpeas, spinach, tomato, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
    2. Add water and bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
    3. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
